- Based in IST (UTC+5:30), with 3–4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern and most of the EU working day.
- Communication
- Written updates a few times a week, scheduled calls in your working hours, and async demos at every milestone.
- Tooling
- Your stack for collaboration — Slack, email, GitHub, Linear/Jira — plus pull requests you can actually review.
- Response time
- I usually reply within one business day, and faster during an active build.
Payment terms
- Deposit
- 50% upfront to reserve the work and 50% on completion; larger projects are split across milestones.
- Methods
- Wise or Stripe, invoiced in USD with a proper invoice for every stage.
- Retainers
- Billed monthly in advance; cancel with two weeks’ notice before the next cycle.
