Enquiries and project engagements
Submitting the contact form, requesting a call, or discussing an idea does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed with a project.
Scope, deliverables, fees, payment dates, ownership, support, timelines, and cancellation terms for paid work will be set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or contract. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
